L.A. Classes

I discussed the book blog idea with another L.A. teacher at my school. We may incorporate blogging into their fourth quarter book project as a way to introduce this skill to students. If we can get some great student posts started, it would encourage more student involvement in the fall.

Book Blog Response

After getting feedback from a few classes of 7th and 8th graders, it seems like most students would enjoy having a school blog about books. I may try one out this spring. My hope is that if I get one going for the beginning of the next school year, I can promote it with the incoming 7th graders and more students will know about it.
